The ACT database used to be stored on my computer. Since we've moved to it our server I'm unable to search for Notes.
This is creating a problem.
Can anyone make some suggestions? We're using Sage ACT! Premium 2012 Version 22.214.171.124

- Can you see the notes in the Contact Detail Notes tab?
I'm not sure what you're asking. Sorry. I'm not proficient in all the ACT terminology. The notes are clearly visible when I'm in a record, if that's what you're asking.
- What steps are you using to search for Notes?
I go to Lookup / Advanced / Search on Keywords. I'll enter a word in the "Search For" box that I know has been entered into Notes many, many times. I make sure that the only field for "Look In" that's checked is Notes. Type is set to All.
No records come up when I hit Find Now.
This used to work for me but as I mentioned, it doesn't any longer and this comes in VERY handy sometimes.
I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what's wrong.
