Unable to register ACT V20 after downloading trial

I just downloaded ACT V20 onto my windows desktop for a 30-day trial.

 

I am ready to purchase a single copy. However, when I attempt to register the product I am getting error message.

 

"Administrator level access is required to activate this product"

 

Can someone help me resolve this?  I'd like to place my order but need help getting past this screen.

Find the Act! icon on desktop

Right mouse click it

There will be an option to run as administrator

I downloaded a trial copy of V20.   Where do I go to find the page where I can purchase the single copy for windows?

Your link takes me to ACT PRO.

 

However, the trial I downloaded says Act! Premium Version 20.0.159.0.

 

Can I purchase the ACT PRO for $269 and use that serial number to register this version?

You do not need another download. Trail downloads are the full prodcuts.

Please try to enter your serial number on the product you already downloaded.
If the serial number is inactive our Sales Team can activate it for you.

I am trying to purchase now however still having issues.

 

I entered my email and requested new password but did not receive anything.  I used the same email that I previously used to purchase ACT2013 but can't remember if I setup an account back then or not.

 

I then tried creating new account under that same email but that did not work either.

 

Either way, I can't purchase the product.  Please help me resolve this.

You might check that. Pretty sure they are separate downloads.

That was incorrect.

 

I had to uninstall Premium and then reinstall Pro.  The database was fine though.
