My problem isn't exactly this. I have a licence for v21 and it is active. I have now installed on a new computer and am trying to register. I am running as Administrator.
Problem: The field for country code will not allow me to enter a value. Previously I had this problem on W7 or W10 (can't remember) and I was advised to apply act2100update5. That solved it then
Now I am trying to install on Windows server 2016. I tried applying the update but it refused with the message that "the update does not apply to this version of ACT"

The problem is that I can't make it show the dropdown and I can't type in the first few letters. The field is non-responsive.
As I said I am running as Admin.
I tried applying the update that was recommended on a previous occasion when I encountered this.
This would probably all be moot if I could enter my licence number somewhere, but I can't find a form that permits that.
