2 days ago I performed a recommends ACT update, which included a request to backup my ACT. Since then, I am unable to open ACT and I receive an error message. Error message as follows:
Could not load file assembly ACT.Shared.Utilities, Version=10.1.199.0
Is this a known issue and is there a fix?

Quickest way to resolve your issue is to uninstall ACT! and reinstall using full 10.0.3 download. I'll PM you a direct link to download 10.0.3 installation.
