I recently purchased a copy of ACT 11.0, and I'm trying to integrate my previous ACT 6.0 databases. I successfully imported all my contacts and their information-unfortunately the attached email messages did not import
When I select the saved "zip file" associated with my ACT 6.0 database, it says there is no email saved there. However, when I open the actual contents of my zip file, all of the email shows up as individual files that are in this type of name format: "AABMUYOJ" The files will actually open up with ACT 11.0, but I would like to reattach them to my contacts. Please help!

Is the ZIP file a backup of your 6.0 database? Install ACT! 6.0 is if isn't already and restore the backup. Ensure that you can open the attachments in 6.0 then reconvert the database.
