I have ACT 2009 and I had it backed up on carbonite. Got a virus and had to clean my Cdrive and reinstall ACT and import database. The database seems to be there on the desktop, but I can't get ACT to import it. Can you help?

You can't just import it... you need to open it.
What files have you got?
