Hello all, I have a bit of a problem downloading the trial version of basically any version of Act! (I've tried 2011 and above) but it around 15mb into the download, it stops with the message - "Failed - Network Error".
Has any one experienced this same issue? If so, how do I resolve it?
For reference's sake, I'm running windows 8 with an Avast firewall. I need to download the trial to see if importing contacts from a very very old version of Act! is possible, on behalf of a friend.
