Just upgraded from ACT 6.0 to 2008, Ver 10. The conversion was done by an ACC and everything is fine, except I can't open my attached email. The error message in the history reads "Unable to convert the attachment 'S:\ACT Attached Emails\JODONFSS.ima' the file is missing. My file is not missing, because I can go to this folder and open the email attachment.
Does anyone know of a fix for this problem?
