Unable to attach files notes - ACT Professional for Workgroups 8.0

Hi,

We are having problems when trying to attach files to notes. When trying to to do we get the below error:-

 

Error - note changes could not be saved. One or more of the contacts or associations may have been deleted, or this note may of been deleted.

 

Any suggestions out there?

Please try by clicking the save tool before making a note.

Thanks for the advice but unfortunately that does not work..... Any other suggestions?

check permissions to the ACT folders make sure everyone has full permissions.Are you able to save other notes and just having a problem when an attaching a file? Can you attach files to Histories?
