I used to have ACT 2005 and now I upgraded to ACT! 10.0 2008. I´m using Outlook 2007. The problem I have is I can´t get Outlook to add a "New Address Book" or "Additional Address Book" using the data from my ACT database. I´ve configured my email in ACT using Tools, have asked to add the ACT Address Book to use as address book in Outlook, and then have tried to create the Aditional Adress Book in Outlook. But here a message appears, saying something like "the account you have settled is not fully configured....", etc... But yes it is configured... and works fine in all other aspects.
Can you help me.....? Please.....
