I am having an issue with ACT Pro 2011.
I am trying to access a database on the network. I can open the database fine on the computer its on. I can access the folder that is shared that has the database througth the network. I have disabled all firewalls on the server and computer i am on. I have also gone to tools,maitenance, and share this database is selected. But when i try to load the database over the network I get this error:
The database retailfixed could not be accessed. In order to access this database, check your network connection and verify that your database server is available. It may be necessary to disable any firewall software on your computer or the server.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
