I wanted to add a password to my database and did that on Saturday. I then closed it and could not get back into it to access it. It's giving me the message, "Could not authenticate user. Verify the user name and password, and try again" I've looked thru the knowledge base to find how to verify my username, and have it, and the password, but still get the message. I'm using ACT! by Sage 2006 Version 22.214.171.124. Not sure what to do, but definitely need access to it. Suggestions?

Thanks. I was able to get help from a consultant and reset the password. It had something to do with the username being changed and that's why I could not access it.
