Unable to Share a Database as a Standard Windows User

Here's my scenario:

If I log in and Create a Database, logged into Windows as a Windows Administrator, I have the option to share the database

If I log in and Create a Database, logged intoWindows as a Standard Windows User (no admin, no power users) I cannot share the database. The option is greyed out an inaccessable. This also happens with an existing DB. I can log in with the same ACT user, with both Admin/Non-ADmin windows users, and I have the same issue.

Has anyone come accross this issue before? Are there any file/registry entried or permissions that can be modified to resolve this?

By database folder is already correctly shared. Once the DB is set to shared, all standard windows users can access it normally.

There's tons of those apps out there with the same types of settings that can be bypassed, I can't believe ACT won't allow it. It would be pretty ridiculous if this was the case.

ACT! needs to create a specific share for the database which can't be done in Windows unless you're an Admin
