Two folders in root of C drive for SQL? Can I delete?

I had to uninstall and reinstall ACT! by Sage Premium 2009 (11.0) Version 11.1.183.0 last week and now I have two new folders in the root of the C drive.  The file names are between 20 and 22 characters long, letters and numbers, and total 250mb together.  In them are references to SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 3.

Can I remove one or both of these folders, or must I keep both in order to run Act?

Thank you!

Re: Two folders in root of C drive for SQL? Can I delete?

Unfortunately I can't give you a definite Yes or No answer, but the SQL program is by default contained within the C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server folder.  The folders you see 'may' be temporary holding folders for or from an update to the SQL program.  Unless you are close to running out of space I would recommend leaving them in place.
