I am using Windows XP, ACT! 2009 11, and Outlook 2002.
I find ACT! very very cumbersome to use in Outlook 2002. I had to shut off the WORD editor and use the ACT! email editor in order to get it to work. And I find the ACT! email editor very subpar, e.g., you cannot even highlight text.
The question is, how do I turn off the ACT! functions completely in Outlook but still get ACT! to track my email history when I send email from ACT!?

Removing ACT! integration will also remove the ability to record history when sending emails from Outlook.
What problems do you encounter when you have Word as the editor?
