I am having an issue with transfering my office's email after switching to new workstations last week.
I have successfully used the email transfer wizard to create a .zip file, then successfully imported that .zip on the new station, multiple times. The problem I am running into is that it doesn't actually transfer anything, my inbox is as empty as when I started. We have not changed our OS with the switch and we do not use Outlook, prefering ACT's email interface.
Also, I'm not sure if this is helpful or not, but the ActEmailMessageStore SQL Database on the old computer is 465,920 KB while the new computer is 15,360 KB. The ActEmailMessageStoreLog is 1,024 KB on the old and 6,144 KB on the new.
