Trouble with RDB password

I just created my first remote database and delivered it to the remote workstation. Everythig went OK ... it unpacked and I received a message saying it was a success. When I try to open the database it asks for a password (the user field was auto filled with the single user name). I did not give the RDB a password when it was created and it will not open. I've tried using the password from the original DB. I was going to leave the password field open but it won't let me. Any ideas?? I've seen a few other posts with similar problems but with no resolve.
