Hi there- I am having trouble printing contacts under certain "ID status" Once I pulled up the ID status I need, the contact names does not appear on the screen. Customize column does not have the option to choose "contacts", first name & last name as well. Am I missing a step???

Hello, and welcome to the Sage ACT! Online Community. Just to clarify, are you saying that when you perform the lookup on the ID/Status field, that on the resulting Contact List, you are unable to see the Contact, First Name, or Last Name columns? And that they are not available to add as columns to the list view? As a test, after you perform the lookup, click the Export to Excel icon on the toolbar, and see if these columns appearing on the resulting spreadsheet. Also, what version/build of ACT! are you using? Go to Help/About ACT! for this information.
