Our company converted from Lotus Notes Email to Outlook 2013 Email and I cannot select Outlook in ACT2011 PRO from the menu of of available email clients(only Lotus and Internet Mail shows). I tried uninstalling and re-installing, but same condition exists. This is very frustrating as I cannot link emails to my contacts.I dont want to delete my database or layouts as these are full of ciritical information.
OS = Windows 7 Enterprise SP1
Dell - Lattitude Laptop
ACT Version: ACT2011 PRO
Outllook Version : Outlook 2013
MS Office Version: MS Office 2013

Act 2011 and MS Office 2013 are not compatible. You would need to upgrade to Act v.16
