Does anyone know how to deal with "The remote database cannot be unpacked because the password is invalid. Please retype the password"? I have already reviewed the knowledgebase article which says to re-create the remote and it didn't help.
The site has several ACT! 2007 Standard single-user versions. All are fine except this one machine. It is a Windows XP machine. We have installed and uninstalled. The user exists in the ACT master. I have created the remote database 3 different times and it says it creates successfully but as soon as I try to unpack it the error message pops up. There is no password on the database.
Does anyone have any ideas? I'd appreciate anything you have to share.
