Just out of curiousity, is there anyway to backup my DB after the trial has ended? Using Act v17, on Windows 8.1, have used the Actdiag to create a backup but I am not sure if that is the correct backup to use.

The backup is done from within ACT as well. File | Backup | Database.
Be aware that this is an ACT formatted backup and will not work with other programs.
If all you have is contact information witout notes, you can just export the information into Excel.
If you are staying with ACT, then once you purchase the software, you can enter the credentials into the ACT front page.
Click on Help | Register Act and follow the bouncing ball.
