Tree view addon

I download Extend tree view add-on it is a free add-on to stop drag & drop feature, I install it but I don't see it in ACT!

Can any one tell me how can I make it viewed within ACT!

Dear All

I'm sorry I didn't mention that my ACT! version is 2006 and this Add-on is for versions 2007 and higher.

So I need you to support me in stop feature "Drag & Drop" in ACT! 2006.
