Transferring/backing up databases without having to rename them...

Is this possible?  At the company I work for, the sales reps have PC laptops, are always on the road and we do not have a remote server for them to access.  Is there any way for me to update a main ACT program from the office and put the backup files onto their  PC laptops without them having to change the databas name/ delete their old databases/files each time?  There should be a way to keep the same name of the database and over-ride the previous database with the new one I put on their laptops...

ahalter,

No, unless you export the new data to CSV files and import into the databases.

Its best to implement remote databases in this situation.
