I have changed fields on my boss’s ACT who is the administrator and when I locked the ACT it didn’t show any uses on (not sure that that means), I lock it anyway.
When I try to sync my own ACT user with the administrator user to receive the modified layout a message comes up that basically says I need to lock my Act to get the modifications (I am a remote user) however in Tools it doesn't allow me to click lock/unlock.
Can anyone help with this?
