We recently had an employee leave and need to transfer his task list to there replacement. Is there a way to get this done without having to do each individual task/
we are currently using Sage ACT! Premium 2013 Version 220.127.116.11

Edit each desired task and click the "schedule for" button?

Easiest way may be to simply change the user name? Edit the name of user that left and change it to new user name - Not sure there is any other way to perform a group change as you are wanting. But changing the user name should do it? If that is a workable solution?

I'm just guessing - Be sure to backup your database daily and b4 making major changes. ACT! / File / Backup / Database ...
