I have a single user license however, I have two record managers to separate the two areas of business that I work in.
This afternoon I transferred admin privileges from my licensed account to my unlicensed fictional record manager. Subsequently I cannot manage users to reverse this mistake.
I can't log on as the second user as I do not have enough licenses... Any ideas of how I can get back my admin privileges?
