This is in regard to Act version 10.0.0.237, Hotfix 1
I use the Act E-mail, not Outlook, and I am trying to transfer my E-mails from my desktop to my laptop. I have followed the directions on Transferring E-mails and Restore E-mail without success. I see the Zip file which is 1,186,751 kb in size and select it and the system shows the green transfer status bar and after about 5-10 min, it says it is complete. When I go into the E-mails, there is nothing there.
Any suggestions or idea?
