I had read on a previous post that it's possible to transfer a license to another user within the company.
The old user has left the company and the new user will be using the same PC.
The new user shows active pending login but when logging in the account shows as unlicensed.
How would we go about activating the new user with the old user's license?

You'll need to make the old users account inactive first. You can do this in the Manage Users window by highlighting the old user, and clicking Edit User.
The option to make them inactive is on the second page.
Once the old user is inactive it will no longer take up a licence, so you'll be able to log in as the new user and have them become active.
