Is there anything special to do for upgrading ACT2010 to ACT2013Pro? Please let me know before I start to uninstall the ACT2010.

Other than running database maintenance, no.

You will want to insure you have your windows updates current such as .net 4.5.1 framework stuff
After installing 2013 pro, insure you have most current version sp1 hotfix4 for usa version.

Thank you all for your help. Everything went smoothly and it was much easier than expected. I use "Handheld Contact" to update the database on my Androide cellphone and it was a pleasure to see everything working fine without any hick-ups.

Have done the transfer and everything went smothly and worked perfectly. Unfortunately I get the error message:
The "." computer could not be reached because the IP address "" could not be resolved. Veryfying the "." computer is available on the network, that it has the correct IP address, and that Microsoft SQL Server is properly installed may resolve this issue.
I get this message not everytime and if I restart the computer it is fine. Maybe easy for you to find the cause. Thanks, Werner
