Welcome to the ACT! Online Community. In regards to error message you are getting when creating a new database, try these steps:
If you do not see the specific file gd-GB.nlp, then look for en-US-1.nlp or nokiatl-ph-nokia.nlp instead and rename them.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
