With so many clients/contacts it's sometimes difficult to keep track of which one has outstanding actions.
We want to stay on top of things and be proactive - and basically not forget when we have promised a client to do something by a certain date.
We also want to keep track of activities/to-do's to understand how long they take and whether we are getting back to people fast enough.
Is there a way to show a group of Clients and indicate:
- Green: for nothing outstanding
- Amber for a task outstanding but not yet due
- Red for a task overdue
It would be good to see what we need to do at a glance and who we need to get back to.
Please let me know if something like this exists in an Add-on already.
