Too many users - Act 2010

While logging on we get the message "You are not in compliance with ACT licensing terms. The number of active users exceeds the number of licenses in this database".

After a few seconds it goers away and has not affected usage YET! The license were just activated a few days ago. I have three licenses and today only have two users logged on. It did ask to add licenses so I did that by adding the license numbers we registered. Did not change anything. We are using WIN 7 on the user machines and have the database stored on an XP Pro machine.

Any ideas of what the heck is going on?

How many users do you have defined in the database?
