To Do's in the ACTIVITIES section not appearing on other computer

Hello,

 

I am in need of some help.

 

When I reschedule a TO DO, it will not appear on the other computer in the office. Everything else shows correctly.

 

I have double checked and made sure we are all on the same database on the server, Made sure the to filter the activities in the calendar on both computers to ALL users. Nothing is working.

 

Is this a setting in ACT that i can fix ? Somebody please help!

What version of Act! are you running? 

 

After rescheduling the To-Do, does it disappear completely or does it still show with the original scheduling?  Have you set the filter for 'Select Users' to 'All Users'?

In addition to prior questions:

  • Do the original To-Dos - prior to having a reshedule - apply?
  • Are these To-Dos that you have reshceduled numerous times already?
  • Does this happen only with To-dos or can you recreate with other Activity types?
  • Have you run maintenance on the database since seeing this issue?
  • What is the reason for rescheduling as opposed to clearing and creating a 'follow up' (i.e. New) To-Do?
