I am in need of some help.
When I reschedule a TO DO, it will not appear on the other computer in the office. Everything else shows correctly.
I have double checked and made sure we are all on the same database on the server, Made sure the to filter the activities in the calendar on both computers to ALL users. Nothing is working.
Is this a setting in ACT that i can fix ? Somebody please help!

What version of Act! are you running?
After rescheduling the To-Do, does it disappear completely or does it still show with the original scheduling? Have you set the filter for 'Select Users' to 'All Users'?
