Timeless activities synced to Outlook span two days

Hi,

I've got ACT!2012 Pro SP1 on Windows 7 Ultimate and Outlook 2010.  I'm experiencing an issue with outlook sync.  All my timeless activities sync across, but upon arrival in outlook calendar, change to two day events.  They are still only one day events in Act.  Can anyone help me please?

Unfortunately, due to issues in the international time-zone handling, there's no way around this for Australians

That's disappointing! It didn't happen initially, but started later. I sync my iPhone the the exchange server too, and rather than showing in the all day section, they show an appt spanning from 12-12. Any fix for this you're aware of?

Thanks!

You'll get other issues if you use the Outlook sync to get to the iPhone ... it will start causing duplications.

The only reliable way to sync to an iPhone, Android or Blackberry is Handheld Contact:

Thanks - Disappointing, but I'll check out Handheld Contact. Also, the page you posted shows both editions with the same price (99)

Re: Timeless activities synced to Outlook span two days

Yeah ... the Professional version used to be $360 :-)

Basically, going via Outlook is an issue because it doesn't have the same fields and links as ACT!, and sometimes it redoes the ItemID numbers - So ACT! can't always tell if it's the same record or not and this causes issues.

Handheld Contact will give you other benefits - like:
* the ability to record calls, SMS, emails to ACT!'s History
* Fields are formatted like in ACT! (with pull-downs)
* Up to 76 fields
* Notes/History
* Maps and driving direction from Business/Home address and Activity Location field
* Activities linked to ACT! Contact(s)
