We're new to Sage Act, so hope someone can help me!
We've imported all of our Contacts, however now we have added a new check box field - Mailing List.
Is there a way I can highlight a block of contacts and check this box for all of them, or do I have to do them individually?
I hope there's a way, as there's over 1,500 contacts!!

Yes. Create a lookup of the contacts you want to change and then do an Edit | Replace and select the Mailing List field and then specify the new value as True (I think that's what you need to use it could be the digit one "1" or the word "Yes").
P.S. Make sure you only have contacts in the lookup that you want to check the box for. In this case it probably doesn't matter as you could replace it with a blank if you include the wrong contacts but if you use that feature in the future you could write over data you wanted to keep.
