Just updated act to V: 10.0.2
The above error pops up when I try to openan email or edit a contact. The popup box says ACT! in the upper left hand corner.
Any help would be appreciated

What version did you update from and was it working in that previous version?
Try manually deleting ACT! preferences and setup email integration again.
Go to the following location: C:\Users\<User_Name>\AppData\Roaming\ACT\ACT for Windows 10\
Delete the following files if present:
