The Unofficial Guide to Using Outlook with ACT! by Sage

[ Edited ]

I've found that a lot of ACT! users aren't aware of all the functionality built into ACT! to work with Outlook, so I wrote a 19-page guide with step-by-step instructions and explanations of the various features and toolbar buttons.

I posted it to our site but thought I'd share it here too:

Enjoy,

PS - I would love to get feedback on this, if you've downloaded it and specifically like or have additional questions you think it should answer, let me know!

Would like to see this, but do we really have to sign into your webiste to get this?  I don't want to end up on your mail list.

You do need to fill out a pretty basic form to download it.  That allows me to see who is interested and I can send additional content and offers that I believe would also be valuable, but you could certainly hit the unsubscribe option at the bottom of any e-mail from us to be taken off the list.

Best regards,
