Act 2013!

I cannot insert picture in templates because they are in Act Format

They used to be in Words

Is there a way to have them in words?

Hi,

there are a bunch of reasons that can cause this problem

• did you update your office? if so you need to uninstall act and reinstall it, it will probably install then the right connector  for the office version. if you are using office365 or office2013 you may have to upgrade ACT as both is not supported by act2013
• if you did not update office, you might have to configure act to use word instead of the Act editor. this can be done in the settings located in tools|preferences|default application. if Word is not showing up there, then you might have a issue with your install of office.
