When trying to create document templates or edit existing ones, the Act! Field List does not show. I have gone into the Word menu and clicked on "show field list" and still no difference. I have shut down and rebooted several times with no success. Please help.
*running Sage ACT! Pro 2011 Version 13.0.401.0, Hot Fix 1; MS Word 2002 10.2627.2625

Since the Act! commands are available, it is most likely the Macro Security setting that needs to be checked.
