We have ACT 2008
We are about to hire a telesales exec but we need to monitor thier activity.
We want them to make e.g X new calls per day
We want them to make X follow up calls per day
We want them to set e.g 2 appointments per week etc.
What is the best way to track this type of activity on a weekly basis?
What does the telesales executive need to update on the contact record for management to be able to generate an accurate report ?

What about the reporting aspect of it, what is the "best practice" for tracking telesales executives ?
Anyone got any pointers ?
What should i be looking for on the report, how do i generate the report
