I am a relatively new user to ACT. We are a technology support company. We would like to enter each telephone support call request into ACT for techs to follw up on. We also need a per entry print out for paper records of each call. I know we can enter tasks, however, I can not figure out how to print each task individually and include all details of call, company info, and contact info in the report. Also, printing a report for each call would be very time consuming. Have any ideas of a better way to track this type of info?
