Tax Accounting and ACT! Integration

[ Edited ]

My primary IRS compliance accounting software is QuickBooks.  I’m looking at a version of Peachtree Accounting that also has ACT! 2008 with it.  Can I load ACT! alone and add Peachtree when I have a need, and will using ACT! to integrate with QuickBooks prevent me from linking it with Peachtree in the future?

You can certainly install ACT! without installing Peachtree...the programs are independent of each other.  And linking ACT! with Quickbooks should not prevent you from linking it with Peachtree in the future.

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
