Task Scheduler problem

I am having a problem schedule/editing a task on a remote computer to sync once a day. The remote computer has the database installed and can sync manually. I am trying to create a task to sync automatically. There was a task created earlier to sync to a database, but that database file was erased and new one was created in a different place. I cant seem to change the existing task to sync to a new database (it seems to work, but doesnt "take") or create a new talk to sync the new database (I get the error Access to the path .....\SCHEDULER_FILE.XML is Dened). I changed the directory that the .XML is in to full access. I am also runnign ACT in administrator mode.... In summary, I can sync fine, I just can get the scheduler task created or changed. Try closing the Scheduler and ACT!, then rename the 'Scheduler_file.xml' file (add '.old' to the end). It will be recreated when you launch the scheduler and create a new task.
