Tabs disappeared - how to display again?

Notes or no notes... it would be nice if the tabs didn't disappear. How to I get these to appear again?

Most likely the splitter between the top and bottom was moved all the way to the bottom of the screen.  to check this, hold your mouse in the middle of hte contact details screen and move it slowly towards the bottom of the screen.

 

IF the pointer changes shape, click and drag the mouse or double click to restor to the middle.

 

Could still be something else, but that's my first guess.

That is not the problem with mine. Is anyone aware of any other reasons?
