Syncro Problems

I am using a desktop and a laptop.  I have set up the main database on the desktop and a remote on the laptop.  I can sync the desktop to the laptop but cannot get the desktop to accept changed info from the laptop.  When I go to Syncronize, the "Accept Incoming Syncs" will not turn on.  I am the administrator of the program.  Any thoughts?   Thanks.

What version of ACT! are you using?  Why can't you turn on 'Accept Incoming Syncs'?  Is it grayed out or do you get an error?
