I am having contacts disappear, in MS Outlook 2007, after synchronizing the same with my ACT! PRO 2011. The synchronization is being manually generated with the "Recently added contacts" (contacts added to ACT! within the last week). The button box, "Keep the Act! Contact," has been marked. Please advise.

Thanks Mike. I've got 1,586 contacts in MS Outlook and 2,941 contacts in ACT! 2011. I use "Email Lead Grabber Business 2011" to add contacts, to ACT! 2011, that use our website email response form. Then, I do a manual synchronization between ACT and MS Outlook. It appears that the missing contacts in MS Outlook are random but contacts that I use rather frequently.

I do frequent emailings with my prospects. I prefer emailing directly from MS Outlook. Have not had much luck doing the same through ACT. It seems a little clumsy working from the ACT address book in MS Outlook. Thanks!
