I have been trying unsuccessfully to synch my iPhone with Act 2009, build (ACT! by Sage 2009 (11.0) Version 18.104.22.1687), using companionlink, and iTunes versions. 9. The PC recognizes the iPhone, with a message that a camera is attached, but does not synchronize. The Companionlink error message is "Could not connect to iPhone" . The Device section of iTunes does not recognize the iPhone.
I have worked extensively with Apple technicians, reloaded a new version of iTunes, and updated all the iTunes settings per their instructions. Still no results.
Suggestions? Thank you.
