When I synchronize my laptop to desktop, duplicate records are created. How do I ensure that I am updating existing records and not creating duplicates?
Make sure there is not some other sync program. This would most likely be the cause. Handheld, phone sync, ACT-Outook sync. These are all a more likely cause of duplicates (unless you are using ACT 6.0)
