Synchronization with Outlook check box. SAGE ACT Pro 2013 with SP1

Client upgraded from 2011 to 2013 and could not select the check boxes for contact query to sync to outlook. After the upgrade and SP1 still don't see the checkboxes.

Any one have a reference to a KB on this one?

Display, display settings must be 100%!!
