Synchronization Failed // PLEASE HELP 911

I had tech support help me create the syncing between my pc and laptop so they both can share information. The problem is the process to have them sync as tech support created it and I cannot remember how to sync. They created a rdb database on my laptop and it is to be linked to my main database. I am so confused and I know it is a simple solution and it is driving me nuts. PLEASE HELP!

If it is application synchronization (which it likely is), all you have to do is select Sychronize|Synchronize Now from the Tools menu or your remote system (laptop).  The application needs to be open on the local machine.
